Spinach Chickpea Burger
Easy to make and tasty to eat.
- 1 can Chickpeas
- 1 large handful Spinach
- 2 cloves Garlic
- ½ juice Lime
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp Low sodium salt
- 1 tsp Applecider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Chickpea flour (substitute: any flour)
Preheat oven to Gas mark 4 180 degrees Celsius (fan on).
Mix everything well together in a food processor.
Once mixed together, form the mixture into 5 burger patties and place them on a baking tray aligned with baking parchment paper.
Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes. Turn them halfway through.
Serve them in a burger bun with your favourite toppings or have them with a salad. Either way, enjoy!
