  • How To Grow
  • How To Eat
  • Sow small amounts every 2 weeks from April to September to avoid a glut!
  • Dig the soil, remove all weeds and add compost.
  • Make ½ inch deep trench and cover seeds with soil and then use cold water in the trench.
  • As seedlings develop, space - to final positions 9-12 inches apart (seedlings removed can also be eaten as young salad leaves).
  • Harvest leaves by cutting them at the base but leaving the plant roots in the soil - new leaves grow.
  • Eat young seedlings removed by thinning on sandwiches, or salads.
  • Create salads or wraps; add to pasta or pizza.
  • Rocket seeds can be made into an oil.
