Over the past few years I have had the pleasure of working with Pennine Lancashire Community Farm, whose sterling efforts in restoring the allotments to their former glory has provided wonderful educational experiences for our children. – Mrs M. Nearney Headteacher

Pennine Lancashire Community Farm was established in February 2002 and became a registered charity in February 2011. The charity was created following the riots in Burnley, to use the medium of outdoor space to bring people together. It works across Burnley and Pendle in areas of high deprivation, across a number of community garden sites, forestry areas and farms. The central aim of Pennine Lancashire Community Farm is to promote health, community cohesion and inclusion and economic wellbeing.
We operate projects across four main sites working with an average of 750 individuals a year.
